1 Equipment on-site management
1.1 Equipment production site
Mine equipment is operating under poor working conditions, and there are various hidden safety hazards and risks. Standardized production site management can effectively avoid various hidden safety hazards and risks.
In production activities, various irregular operation phenomena that equipment operators often occur include:
During the operation of the equipment, the operator left the equipment without turning off the flame;
When the operator uses the equipment, it is directly started and used without inspection;
The operator found the equipment malfunction but still used the equipment forcibly, resulting in damage to the equipment;
After the work, the operator did not park the equipment to the designated safe location, etc.
Standardized production site management can not only improve the safety of equipment operation, but also extend the operating time of the equipment, greatly reducing the production and operating costs of mining equipment.
1.2 Equipment maintenance site
There are many mining equipment in the workshop, with various types and models. It is inevitable that various faults will occur in the production activities, which will cause the equipment to fail to operate normally. At this time, maintenance personnel are required to troubleshoot. According to the size and type of the fault, maintenance can be divided into on-site maintenance and repair room maintenance.
When performing maintenance at the production site, it is necessary to do a good job of alert and isolation according to the actual situation on the site. When disassembling and assembling parts, various preparations must be made to prevent the parts from being misplaced and lost. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the equipment oil from leaking to the ground when disassembling parts and components, causing pollution to the environment.
When the equipment fails and needs to be moved to the repair room for maintenance, the repair site and equipment must be isolated from other workers to prevent accidental injury to personnel or loss of machine parts during the maintenance process. During the maintenance, the staff need to use the special tool rack for tool collection and retrieval, which can not only improve the maintenance efficiency, but also prevent the loss of maintenance tools.
2 Equipment technology management
2.1 Technical data management
Different types and models of equipment have different technical data, which increases the difficulty of technical data management. When purchasing equipment, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive comparison of equipment of different brands (including parts procurement, maintenance technical support, maintenance information and required maintenance tools, etc.) according to the actual working conditions to find the most suitable equipment.
